7.2.10 Unable to Submit a Claim Through PROVIDERnet?
Some Policies may have charges that you are unable to submit through PROVIDERnet.
Please do not substitute different codes or items if you are unable to submit a Claim through PROVIDERnet.
If you are not able to submit a Claim through PROVIDERnet, it must be submitted by mail (if supported by the applicable Policy).
