Director Nomination & Election

The PBC Health Benefits Society Board is comprised of fourteen Directors from three categories, who are subject to eligibility requirements as well as Director terms and term limits. In order to achieve skill diversity and harmonization across the Board, the Board engages proactively in succession planning to determine the needs of the Board, communicate those needs to the membership and manage the Director nomination and election process.
