Annual General Meeting

Our annual general meetings will be held at least once every calendar year and no more than fifteen months apart. The details including date, time and location, election of directors, general nature of special business, details on proposed resolutions and voting will be provided to every member of the society who has provided an email address no later than forty-five days prior to the meeting. The annual general meeting details will also be published on our website within three weeks of the meeting.
