Online Claims Made Easy for Sleep Supply and Equipment Providers
Tuesday, Nov 4, 2025Get fast, easy claims and pre-determination requests for all Pacific Blue Cross plan members, through PROVIDERnet.

We’re excited to announce that effective Tuesday November 4, 2025, sleep supply and equipment providers in British Columbia will be able to submit claims and pre-determination requests online, through our PROVIDERnet portal – for all Pacific Blue Cross plan members.
We are committed to ensuring that members affected by sleep apnea have access to the support they need, while streamlining the claims process for providers. The digitization of this service will speed up reimbursement and ensure that you’re able to track client claims from the moment you hit “Submit.”
The new digital system will ensure that the correct criteria are met for each claim or pre-determination request, and will advise you of the documentation that needs to be uploaded.
Please be aware that to be eligible for direct billing, providers must be accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC) Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP). An up-to-date list of accredited providers can be found online.
If you already submit sleep supply and equipment claims for First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) clients through PROVIDERnet and are on the accredited DAP list, no additional registration is required. You will be able to submit claims for other Pacific Blue Cross plan members with this benefit, using the same account.

How to register for PROVIDERnet:
- Head to our website to begin the application process and complete the requested details. You will need:
- Date of store opening
- City Business License (to be uploaded)
- Diagnostic Accreditation Program certification (to be uploaded)
- Business contact information
- Once you submit your application, we will review this and send you an email confirming approval or denial.
- Once approved, you’ll be prompted to log in and activate your PROVIDERnet account.
- After activation, you must set up direct deposit. This action can only be completed by the primary administrator. Direct deposit information is required prior to submitting claims.
