This will help ensure your registration is smooth and successful.

Who Can Register for PROVIDERnet?

FNHA Providers
Providers in British Columbia* providing the following to First Nations clients through the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA). Refer to the FNHA MS&E Fee Supplement for complete listing of products under each category.
  • Oxygen and respiratory
  • Orthotics
  • Prosthetics
  • General MS&E
*Providers outside of British Columbia may be eligible, if approved by the FNHA.

Pacific Blue Cross Providers
Providers in British Columbia providing sleep equipment and supplies to all other Pacific Blue Cross clients.
If you provide equipment and supplies not listed here, then you are NOT eligible to sign up for PROVIDERnet at this time.

What You Will Need

This registration process will take a few minutes to complete. You MUST have the following information ready:

A digital copy of your business operating license.
A digital copy of your Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP) confirmation (only for Sleep Providers submitting claims for non-FNHA members).

PROVIDERnet Access Roles

Pacific Blue Cross requires a Primary Administrator for each provider location. You can also set up Standard accounts for other staff.

Primary Administrator Access

Set up, change, or view banking information.
View electronic statements.
Submit claims and pre-determinations.
View all claims history.

Standard Account Access

Submit claims and pre-determinations.
View claims history.

Email Address Guidelines

No Shared Emails for Primary Admins: Since a Primary Administrator has full access to banking information, Pacific Blue Cross assumes no responsibility for consequences that may arise from using a shared or generic email address.
Unique Email Required: Each PROVIDERnet account must use a unique email address. This email cannot be one that is currently or has been previously used for any other Pacific Blue Cross account (including member, provider, or administrator accounts).
*Primary Administrator Email: This email address will be used for your PROVIDERnet login and for all important communications.
