Annual General Meeting
Our annual general meetings will be held at least once every calendar year. The details including date, time and location, election of directors, general nature of special business, details on proposed resolutions and voting will be provided to every member of the society who has provided an email address no later than forty-five days prior to the meeting. The annual general meeting details will also be published on our website within three weeks of the meeting.
Special General Meeting
Special general meetings may be called from time to time to address individual issues that cannot be delayed until the next annual general meeting.
2025 Board of Directors Election Results
Monday, June 30, 2025 — Members of the PBC Health Benefits Society have re-elected Lee Riggs for a three-year term to the PBC Board of Directors in the Organizational Members category.
During the Board of Directors election which took place from June 13, 2025 to June 23, 2025, a total of 624 ballots were cast. Full results from Pacific Blue Cross’ 2025 Board of Directors election are:
