Pacific Blue Cross regularly conducts system maintenance to allow us to continue to improve our service delivery to you, the Health Care Provider community.

This page will alert you to any system related outages or upcoming scheduled system maintenance windows.

Scheduled Maintenance – September 24, 2019

When: September 24, 2019 5:00pm – 8:00pm

Pacific Blue Cross will be performing scheduled system maintenance. During this time, providers will not be able to sign-in to PROVIDERnet.

When:  October 10, 2019  6:00pm - 7:00pm

Pacific Blue Cross will be performing scheduled system maintenance.  During this time, you may not be able to access PROVIDERnet or complete transactions such as submitting claims or viewing statements.

Service Restoration – Sep 12, 2019

When: Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 10:00 am

Update: Full service has been restored for dental office transmissions.

Service Disruption - Sep 12, 2019

Start: Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 7:30 am

Update: Dental offices are experiencing issues transmitting claims.  We are working with our third-party partners to investigate and resolve.

When:  September 5, 2019  6:00pm - 7:00pm

Pacific Blue Cross will be performing scheduled system maintenance.  During this time, you may not be able to access PROVIDERnet or complete transactions such as submitting claims or viewing statements.

Service Restoration - June 21, 2019

When: Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm

Update: Full service has been restored for pharmacy transmissions.  The team is continuing to actively monitor to ensure stability.

Service Disruption - June 20, 2019

Start: Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 11:00 am

Update: Some pharmacies are still reporting issues. The team is continuing to investigate. We will post updates as it becomes available.

Service Disruption - June 19, 2019

Update: Some pharmacies are still continuing to report issues with response message of "Connection Actively Refused".  We are reaching out the impacted pharmacies as part of the investigation.  The technical team is working on this as a priority and will provide updates as they become available.
