Sarah Hoffman is an award-winning strategic leader and the President and CEO of Pacific Blue Cross. With over 20 years of experience in finance, administration, and healthcare, she brings an empathetic and communicative approach with a proven track record for building an engaged, equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace. A dynamic innovator, Sarah is passionate about driving business transformation and delivering cost-effective, efficient, and tailored solutions that are accessible and meaningful to all. In 2024, Sarah was honoured with a YWCA Women of Distinction Award for her commitment and efforts towards removing barriers to health equity. She was also inducted into the Accessible Employers Presidents Group Advisory Committee as part of her commitment inclusive workplaces by prioritizing disability inclusion.
