Which internet browsers and operating systems can I use to access TELUS Health Virtual Care?
TELUS Health Virtual Care is compatible with:
- Google Chrome 70+
- Safari 11+
- Firefox 60+
It is also available on mobile phones and is fully supported by IOS and Android.
TELUS Health Virtual Care is not compatible with:
- iOS Google Chrome (use Safari instead)
- Internet Explorer

Can I use TELUS Health Virtual Care if I am outside the province/country?
Yes, as long as you have an TELUS Health Virtual Care account and are a Canadian resident you can access TELUS Health Virtual Care from anywhere in the world for a medical consultation. However, please note that prescriptions, specialist referrals and lab requisitions will not be possible outside of Canada.
