Tips for uploading your receipts and supporting documentation
Please use discretion when uploading files as they will be a part of your permanent claims record with Pacific Blue Cross. We are unable to remove uploaded documents.
To upload your receipts (or other documentation supporting your claim), you must have the information saved electronically on your computer or mobile device.
- Acceptable file types include jpg, gif, bmp, png, and pdf. Files uploaded in other file formats are not accepted.
- Electronic receipts, scanned documents and photos may be submitted.
- Take care to ensure the information can be easily read. Files that cannot be easily read may result in a delay in processing your claim.
- You may upload up to 10 images at one time.
- Each image can be up to 10 MB in file size.
- Total combined file size for all uploaded images cannot exceed 30 MB
