vision care, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy.

How to submit an eClaim
- Log into CARESnet
- Click on "Submit claims" on the top toolbar.
This service is only available to members that
have signed up for direct deposit and online statements
- Follow the 3 easy steps
Reminder: Don’t throw away your receipts! Your eclaim may be selected for receipt verification, which means you will need to send us your receipts before we can process your claim.
Please note, if your claim is selected for receipt verification, we will hold the claim for you for a maxiumum of 20 days after postal service resumes in order to allow sufficient time to send your original receipts in. Failure to send in your receipts in this timeframe could result in refusal of your claim
Your claims payment will be deposited directly into your bank account. When your statement is ready, you will be notified by email.
