Direct Deposit and Online Statements How-To Guide
To be eligible for electronic claims submission, you must be signed up for direct deposit and online statements.
To sign up for Direct Deposit and Online Statements
- Log into CARESnet
- Hover over Preferences and click on Direct Deposit
- Enter your banking information

Please ensure you have answered "Yes" to the question: Would you prefer to receive statements electronically?
The next time you submit a claim, you will be notified by email when payment has been made and a statement is ready.
To Access your Online Statements
- Log into CARESnet
- Select Claims Information and click on Explanation of Benefit Statement.

Select a Date Range(A), then click View(B) on the statement you'd like to see.
