Direct Deposit and Online Statements How-To Guide

To be eligible for electronic claims submission, you must be signed up for direct deposit and online statements.


To sign up for Direct Deposit and Online Statements

  1. Log into CARESnet
  2. Hover over Preferences and click on Direct Deposit
    Going to the Direct Deposit Screen
  3. Enter your banking information
    Entering your banking information
  4. Please ensure you have answered "Yes" to the question: Would you prefer to receive statements electronically?
    Answer YES to electronic statements

The next time you submit a claim, you will be notified by email when payment has been made and a statement is ready.


To Access your Online Statements

  1. Log into CARESnet
  2. Select Claims Information and click on Explanation of Benefit Statement.

  3. Select a Date Range(A), then click View(B) on the statement you'd like to see.
